The nurses and HCA staff on CCU have been wonderful- they made me feel comfortable and gave me reassurance throughout my stay.
In side room does feel a bit lonely.
Doctor had a lot of students, patients felt shy asking questions in front of them.
Foreign accents were also a bit of a problem.

Lovely team, lovely treat.
During our week long stay at Coral ward we have met the brilliant and dedicated staff that work here, all have been friendly helpful and professional. I cannot see how it could be improved.
-Midwives exceptional.
-Very personalized care - patient - centred.
-Everyone on hand to help - including catering staff.
Baby arrived within 20 minutes of being admitted staff were attentive and efficient and responded with the urgency that the situation required. The midwife (Emma) almost single handedly delivered our son with confidence and skill. This is our second child to be born at Queen's and we can not fault the service provided.
Great support, encouragement a really good all round experience.
Everyone was fantastic and Maria and Jade were brilliant. I cannot fault the care I've received.
